Interview process was great, I was about an hour and a half away from the business so we did it via computer. The hiring manager was very professional and helpful. The questions were straightforward and pertained to the job.

The beginning of the interview was mostly behavioral. I think that once you get the interview there is a high chance you align with the job description already. They asked what experiences you have, the typical questions. They then asked hypothetical questions on what I would do in various situations, such as if a child began fighting and climbed up a large structure in anger. A few situational questions to test preparedness.
