The Interview process was rigorous. The recruitment process was done by a recruitment company outsourced by Total Energies. It was a 5 stage interview process. Began with an aptitude test, Then assessment center. Face-to-face Interview with the outsourced recruiting company. A psychometric test. Finally face-to-face Interview with Total Energies.
