Interview was arranged for an hour over teams, they sent the teams link the day before my interview. They asked their questions and I answered as best as I could however they seemed uniterested or tired, they called back on the same day to tell I interviewed really well but they had a candidate from within the council and that if they hadn't applied I had a godd chance of getting the position which may explain the lack of interest during the interview. But they said they forward me any roles in their team if they have any future openings, I will also check their website to see if they have any openings too. There was no test
