I had a phone screen with Kate, who was very nice. We got along great. I was told that they would schedule a follow-up interview. That changed to wanting writing samples. I sent them and heard no response. Checked in a few days later and no news. At this point I’m still expecting an interview as they did not tell me that I was no longer in the running. Sent another email to find out they were going in a different direction. This is my second time being promised an interview with Tower only to be ghosted. Not worth the time.
