      Candidatura

Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un'altra fonte. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Tower Marketing (Lancaster, PA) nel mese di mag 2022

      Colloquio

The CEO reached out to me on LinkedIn to come in for an interview for the Account Executive position. The company seemed great, with friendly staff, clean office, and provides flexibility. Went in for the 1st interview, and everything seemed like it was going fine. I felt hopeful and optimistic as they asked me to go in for a second interview. After the second interview, I was completely ghosted. I followed up with an email after both interviews and no response. If I wasn't a good fit or they decided to go in a different direction, sure no problem, I get it. But to have a little decency to at least send an email, like c'mon. I think it's wrong to have a prospect take time out of their personal/work day, for me, I used my paid time off only to be ghosted. I guess that’s the risk you take when interviewing, and I get that but either way, at the end of the day, I wouldn't want to work for a company that can't respect or value someone's time and at the very least, acknowledge and communicate with an interviewee. Also, I was asked how my mom would describe me... weird and personal questions if you ask me. How about, how would your coworkers or manager describe you? My mom isn't in my life, I disowned myself from her, so to ask that question in an interview completely threw me off-guard and into a panic attack which then made it hard to finish the interview... what if someone had recently lost their mom and you asked that?
