One 10 minute interview, 2nd 30 minute interview. Was offered the job in the second interview. Felt like a conversation with people who wanted to get to know me and what I was looking for in a job. The people who interviewed me were down to earth, and were very open about their own experiences with the company. They were upfront with what kind of employee they were looking for, and stated right off the bat what the company was all about. To quote one interviewer: "It's just people and groceries." Short and sweet- this company is extremely customer oriented, so if you're not into engaging with customers, this workplace may not be for you.

I was not hired! It was a new store so it was a very competitive position. I was emailed the day after my application, but denied shortly after the call. I am under the assumption that this location prefers experienced people.
