The interview process was easy. Basically they are looking for college students with some money that they can invest. They call it "managing a portfolio" but in reality, you'd be managing your own money and would be trading it in currency-pairs. They have 3-4 types/standards of portfolio, starting from $200. The more you invest, the more would be the stipend in terms of bonus, credited to your portfolio that you can trade. Half of the stipend is withdrawable and another half will be adjusted in losses that you incur.
Application Submission: This is usually the first step where you submit your resume/CV and possibly a cover letter through the company's online application system or via email.
Initial Screening: Once your application is received, the hiring team may conduct an initial screening. This could involve a brief phone call or video interview to discuss your background, skills, and interest in the position.
First-round Interview: If you pass the initial screening, you'll likely be invited to a first-round interview. This may be conducted remotely or in-person and could involve one or more interviewers. The focus may be on assessing your qualifications, fit for the role, and potential cultural alignment with the company.

Applied through LinkedIn for an Internship, After a short listing, there was one telephonic interview. During the Interview, they were asked to Introduce and describe resume and achievements and then described roles at the company.
