It had 2 technical, one director round and final was the HR round. Technical round was all the questions related to full stack job profile I did answer them. In the director round it was all regarding the projects you have worked on an knowlege. All the rounds went well and in the HR round he asked about how will you manage a team how can you be a team memeber n all then HR said I am selected and he asked me to negotiate on the notice period post he releases the offer letter and he will contact in 2 days which did not happen and after a week when i called he said he cnt disclose any feedback on call and will callback which also did not happen next day he did not answer my calls. This behaviour states what culture a company has, if its a no clearly say that so people dnt be in false hopes.
