      I recently experienced the interview process with Trafigura, Mumbai (BKC 1) , and unfortunately, it was an extremely disappointing and frustrating ordeal. From start to finish, it felt like a complete waste of time and effort on my part. Firstly, the HR department instructed me to block an entire day for what was supposed to be four rounds of interviews. This required me to take a full day off from work, which was already inconvenient. However, despite their insistence on scheduling the entire day, only one round of interviews actually took place. This meant that I sacrificed an entire day for essentially nothing. Adding insult to injury, the communication from the HR department was abysmal. Despite rushing me to come into the office, they failed to even meet me in person after the first round of interviews. Instead, I received a call with the results, and to make matters worse, there was absolutely no feedback provided. It felt incredibly impersonal and dismissive. Moreover, the interview panel appeared friendly and engaging during the interview itself, giving me hope that the process was progressing smoothly. However, after the initial round, I was left waiting with no communication or updates. It was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful to leave a candidate hanging like that, especially after investing a significant amount of time and energy into the process. Overall, I cannot help but feel that the entire experience was a complete waste of my time. Not only did I sacrifice a day off from work for what turned out to be a single round of interviews, but the lack of communication and professionalism throughout the process was deeply disappointing. I would caution anyone considering applying to [Company Name] to be wary of their interview process, as it left me with a sour taste in my mouth and a sense of frustration and disillusionment. Don't waste time of the candidate if the interview panel is unsure what skillset they required from candidate !!!! and HR - please show empathy for Senior level candidates whom you invite during the interviews by atleast showing courtesy in meeting in person.
