Horrible. Scheduled interview with 3 interviewers, but only one showed up. Interviewer was a man in his mid-20s, and seemingly don't know what he is doing. He asked about my technical background, but don't appear to have any knowledge what the technologies I worked with. He asked some elementary questions about JavaScript and Python but they are all memory-based and does not involve reason. At one point, he asked me questions relating to the difficulty of my professional licenses - an extremely unprofessional thing to do. Overall, it's hard to imagine a company having success with the existing interview structure.
