Submitted resume+cover letter online. Was contacted a couple weeks after application deadline that they would like to do a phone screen interview. The phone screen interview was conducted with a Finance professional who was offsite. It was standard questions regarding the qualifications on the app, plus a few behavioral questions. I was then selected as a finalist to interview in person at the HQ in Cedar Rapids. I was told by email that the interview would be conducted by panel with a mix of HR and finance people. I was interviewed instead by the person I would be reporting to, it was very informal and conversational.
