The interview process has two parts. First, there's a meeting with the engineering manager and HR where you talk about your experience, and they ask some basic tech questions to see what you know. After this meeting, they decide if they want to continue with you. If they do, they give you a tech task, and you can choose how much time you need to finish it. Then, there's another meeting that lasts about 1.5 hours to discuss the task in detail. If everything goes well in this second meeting, they offer you the job.

There are three stages - initial interview, technical interview with a coding task and a try out day. The hiring process was pretty smooth and well organised. The atmosphere during the interviews was always friendly
