First interview by telephone and second interview at the headquarters. It was an exhaustive day beginning at 8am and finishing at 5 pm. The schedule was constantly changed and interviews we're about 30 minutes each, one after the other without rest. Gave a seminar presentation with many bright questions performed by PIs.

I did Skype interview after getting email from HR.
I did site visit in a month after the skype call. I gave a talk to the entire institute. I met with a lot people, postdocs, faculty, staff. It was overall positive experience. People were welcoming.
