First carried out a situational strengths test and a numerical and inductive reasoning test online. After this, I was invited to a video interview. I could complete this at any time within 7 days of being invited. I was shown a question, given 30 seconds to prepare, then the camera on my laptop would start recording and I would have about 60 seconds (varied for each question) to respond. From what I remember, there were only 3 or maybe 4 questions.
