Very structured interview process. They give you a lot of information beforehand, so pay close attention, follow it and avoid getting surprised. They follow the STAR model (Situation, Task, Action, Result), so prepare as many examples as you can and be ready to adjust them according to the question. In addition to this, they will give you a relevant topic and ask you to do a 15 minute presentation on it. They will give you 30 minutes to prepare. Just don't do anything fancy, write down a few notes on what you want to discuss and at what sequence and you'll be OK.
