We had to do an online call test - most likely due to COVID. It was for a degree apprenticeship in quantity surveying. There were questions we had to look at (scenarios) for 10 minutes and then give an answer of how you'd respond to these scenarios.

There are 2 parts, one group presentation and then an hour long interview with one person from the field you applied for. Questions revolved around showing initiative and leadership
