I had one phone screening followed by an in-person interview. The job description was a bit misleading but immediately during the interview process they mentioned this was a sales job. The phone screening was pretty standard. When I came into the office for my in-person interview, I was asked about any sales experience I had and was asked to complete a short sales demo. They then had me interview with the sales director the same day. Once the interview was complete, they contacted my references and I was offered a job in about two days.
