Applied online, had initial phone interview two days later. Final interview was scheduled 14 days out. Heard back 3 weeks after final interview that they selected another candidate.

Phone interview and then called back for in person interview. In person consisted of four different 1 hour interview sessions. Everyone was very nice and pleasant! Cool to see the Hartford Office too.
