First round: 30 minute interview with two alumni of the LDP (one was just shadowing)
Second round: 2 hour interview, 4 30 minute different conversations with 4 employees: the leader of the program, (I believe) two data engineers, and a software engineer.

Nothing too technical in either interview. Mostly opinion based questions about Big Data and organizational techniques, working with others/in teams, etc.
