A recruiter called for a ten minute interview. She then scheduled me an interview with the manager that was about 30 minutes. The interview went well and the manager said I will hear back from them in February. However, I did not receive any updates on the job by the end of February and when I emailed the recruiter, there was no response.

Had a phone interview with recruiter & then a Teams interview with 2 managers of the program about 3 weeks later. Received the job offer 2 weeks after the Teams interview from the recruiter.
