Had a 20 mn 1st round phone interview (with UK business). HR very nice person BUT she was looking for a criterion that not only is not relevant for the role but also was not mentioned on the job spec!! She made it clear it was a show stopper for the CEO though offered to discuss my CV with him. Following day I received a totally impersonal email, obviously sent by some software.
