The interview process is lengthy, with several steps involved. After your talk with the recruiter, you move onto the hiring managers then continue to interview with more management. While this is good for meeting team members during the process, it is a lengthy process and it is not very brief.

The initial phone interview went great. The interviewer told me to expect a call to schedule the next step with the Claims Team.
They never interviewed me so they closed the door before even meeting although I was more than qualified and deserved the interview.

Phone screening, followed by a computer assessment related to mapping out travel routes and writing a professional email. First round interview over the phone followed up by a second interview in person. Took about 2 weeks to hear back after the last interview.
