Phone interview, zoom interview, in-person interview- very misleading and my time is valuable too, not just theirs. Very quick to respond and set up all these interviews, and after the final interview just a simple thank email that they decided to move forward with another candidate. The final round interview there were 2 interviews and vibe wasn’t good from the jump with one of the directors.
