Initial communication - interviewer was late calling for first phone interview. Interviewer called an hour early before the interview three times causing me to worry they had the wrong time scheduled for the interview. Additional people were included in the interview at the last minute that I was not informed of. They would also not negotiate salary or pay for relocation.
