Interview process is pretty good. first they have Puzzle round, followed by technical(sql and R) and then followed by case study and business understanding round. They told it is a one day process. I went to the company at 9:30 in the morning. I had the first round puzzle test at 10:00 to 11:00 . I could solve all questions, it was pretty easy if u can think little logically. They told there will be next round at 11:15. But they were not calling. I was keepon asking them, they told we will call and the same answer all the times. They have called me for the first technical round at 5PM . I have waited for 6 hours sitting there on the bean bags waiting and asking them looking for the interview. They don't know how to manage it properly and dont know how to treat people who came for interview. People who completed the test at 12 also got interview for the next round. They randomly call people, They don't maintain first come first serve. And I could not give my interview properly for the technical. Management has to take care of this. Atleast they should inform or call to mobile and say the interview is going to be late. WAITING is always very pathetic thing that no one wants.
