Very pathetic process, Poor decision makers .After several rounds with great people .simply they reject at the end.and the feedbcak i got is not having presales experience. By a glance itslef we can make out from resume if i have it or not and i have been mentioning the same in all the 6 rounds i attended with all the so called great leaders Please before attendng interviw ask them what they need ,whihc i feel they are nt havin gclarity and i guess me being a women made them not to trust if i can perform in US hours as this was the question Great COO is asking ,which s very unprofessional discouraging which states that they doubt on women performance .. I dont recommend people to keep hopes and nt to agree for so many rounds
