I had applied to a few other roles at the company as I was very interested in working for them being a cyclist in my free time. A few applications were either turned down or in limbo when a recruiter reached out saying I may be a good fit for this role. I expressed interest and had a phone screening where they said a further interview would be scheduled. Several days go by and I hear nothing, so I reach back out and get an apologetic response and finally get the interview scheduled (no big deal). I then interview with a team member who was nice but seemed uninterested and didn’t actually have many questions for me. The interview was almost too easy, and then I was ghosted. It’s been over a week and I never heard back from anyone one way or another. Very disappointed in the whole situation as it seems like they are disorganized or uninterested in filling the position. Fine, just be honest with candidates in that case. It left a bad taste in my mouth and I am not a big fan of the company anymore. I received and accepted another offer since the interview and so have not followed up since.
