The meeting lasted 25 minutes. It was already clear that they would not accept him as an employee of the company. They should have listened more to the applicant to explain himself. Human resources were very good. I hope I will have the opportunity to work there one day.

There are four steps in the interview process. The first one was a career interview. After that, they shared a case to complete within two weeks. The case they shared was outdated. Also, some parts were ambiguous, and I had to ask several questions to HR. After the case was completed they arranged a technical interview with two engineers. I thought we would discuss my case, but we only talked about it last 15 minutes, which was a bit strange. They said their technical interview is different from other companies and wanted me to see how I brainstorm about some theoritical problems. But, I believe their questions were too focused on concepts to brainstorm efficiently. Overall, it was a bad interview experience. Sure, I did learn few things, but in the end I felt like it was a waste of my time.
