Fair and quick. The recruiters were quick to follow up and the interviews were not too difficult. The interview questions were fairly standard. The total process took about two weeks, and I received plenty of communications and updates from the recruiter along the way. They were also in a time crunch to hire for this particular role, so not sure if they would be as efficient for a job that didn't have a pending deadline.
