They had me walk over to a pool they managed and I sat with some of the lifeguards and a manager. It was a quiet day and they asked me unrelated questions about myself. I told them about getting certified, my education, and talked about about my hobbies. They talked among themselves and included me in the discussion, and ended up sort of transitioning into my schedule, implying that I had already been hired. They gave me certain days right then and there, and told me my training would start then. Then they thanked me and I walked home.
