I applied through employee referral, so got a call for interview within 2 days. The first interview went well and Round 1 was scheduled for the next day. I got rejected after Round 1.

The recruitment process started with an Online Assessment (OA) consisting of 4 coding questions ranging from medium to hard difficulty, with some problems being quite complex and dependent on strong DSA concepts. Candidates who cleared the OA proceeded to a Cognitive Aptitude Test (CCAT), followed by multiple interview rounds including a resume/project discussion, a DSA coding interview, and a system design/problem-solving interview. It was tough toal 7 rounds there were and the dsa is tough Trilogy interviews are very practical and performance-based, not just theory.
They usually include:
✅ Aptitude + logical reasoning
✅ Coding / problem-solving test
✅ Real-world simulation tasks
✅ Communication + decision-making scenarios
