Received an offer to interview through the college career website, 30 minute interview with recruiter on campus. Was told I’d hear back within the week and did not hear back from them.

This process consisted of 3 parts. First I had a general screener with HR. Next, I had a call with the hiring manager and a few others at the company. Then, I had a writing sample/technical challenge. That whole process took about a month and finished up right before Thanksgiving. I didn't hear anything from the company until I emailed them 12/10 to get an update on my application. My recruiter told me that they would be discussing my application the next day and would have a decision shortly. Today is 2/9 and I haven't heard anything since then, despite emailing/calling every 2-3 weeks.
