You sit down in a conference room filled of all your potential teammates sitting around you, they then went around the table asking questions about your resume, the entire time trying to gage how you will work along side your possible coworkers. Each one had a question they were supposed to ask and a varaiy of topics on the white board behind me. By the end of it we all laughed a few times and it was the most fun I ever had in an interview.
