There were phone interviews with the Vice President of Sales, to whom I would report. We had a meeting a few days later in which we discussed my background in telecommunications and my successes in jobs past. There was another phone interview in which the VP invited me back to the corporate office. This time HR and another manager were present. It was a very relaxed and cordial atmosphere. Several days later the VP called me and I was offered the job.
