Long and confusing - lots of calls that repeat the same information - why do you want to work here, light touch on your background and experience before a peer interview which one would assume is the final stage… no. You then are asked to do a task which is basically a client pitch with concept candidates. Super confusing and a terrible candidate experience. Arrogant senior leaders who undersell your experience at every stage. Take themselves too seriously and describe themselves as the premier league of search firms (a grossly overused term) yet having worked with them as a client, they have underwhelmed in terms of what they deliver.
