Hr call was difficult as we cannot predict what they are looking for in the candidate. The call was dor 40 mins. Hr was nice enough but you should be thorough with these questions : Questions regarding your past experience, skill set, situational-based questions, and what you know about Trulioo.

The initial screening interview with the recruiter was standard. There were a few behavioral and technical questions relating to the role, as well as discussion around my experience. Second interview was with the hiring manager and was more technical. The questions being asked were around APIs and it sounded like they were looking for someone more experienced. I was told when I didn't know the answer to the questions that there was no expectation to know everything and that it could be taught. Aside from that, I thought the interview went really well, and the interviewer told me that I would be put into the next round. However, that was not the case and I had to follow up a week later to find out I was rejected from the interview process. Although the initial JD looked like the team was looking for someone with only a few years experience and some technical skills, they wanted more experience and more skills. The salary is way below market value for this role and it doesn't sound like they will find the person they are looking for at that range anytime soon.
