I have a long history in the pet industry and was looking forward to my phone interview with Trupanion. The phone screener was stone cold and did not tell me anything about the position. She seemed to immediately decide I was not a fit and it was like I was talking to a wall for the remaining timeframe. I likely was not a fit because I carry a 2nd job, which is fine. However if you are a recruiter, have the courage to tell your applicants why you are rejecting them. I was qualified for the position and have taken the time to apply to Trupanion twice. Do better than generic rejection emails.

Very easy. They were very easy to talk Simple questions to get to know you better and also discussed the company a little. She was very nice and we laughed and talked one of the easiest interviews I’ve ever had
