      Colloquio per Project Coordinator

      Candidatura

Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Tuath Housing (Dublino, Dublino) nel mese di feb 2026

      Colloquio

First round was a teams screening call with HR and senior manager from construction department. It was quite casual and more like a chat. They told me on the call I’dove forward to an in person interview. Interview was in their office about 2 weeks later. It was the same two people as the first round along with head of construction. It was much more formal and they each asked me about 3 or 4 questions. They were difficult questions and I felt like I wouldn’t know to the answer to some of them unless I worked there or another housing body (like what does the solicitor need to have completed before financial close?’) was a random question, I did feel like the interview process was quite cold and they didn’t really give feedback after I answered the question, like another follow up question to encourage a more thorough answer maybe? I didn’t like how the job spec didn’t give a range of years of experience required so I didn’t know if I was under or over qualified. The HR person asked me twice (both first round and second round) what my salary while in the presence of the my prospective managers which I thought was awkward. They also told me I’d be required to do 5 days in the office for 6 months which was a big turn off for me. Disappointing to receive a cold email telling me I wasn’t successful when up to that point the HR rep always called me. I also didn’t receive any feedback and I know they have it because the 3 interviewers were scribbling a lot during the interview. I didn’t like how they weren’t very flexible with interview times. Both interviews were Tuesday mornings. I wasn’t given a few different times, it seemed like it just suited them and that was final. I appreciate when interviewers give an applicant multiple dates for them to choose from.
