For the BMS program, they pay for a flight out as well as room and board. Meet with different research professors to learn what they specialize in. Party was hosted later on to meet the graduate students and get a feel for the New Orleans culture.

I met with my professor and we discussed our mutual interests in understanding social issues. I demonstrated my attention to detail throughout my time in her course which helped me get the job.
