Applied online after finding open position on LinkdIn. Interview request after approximately 12 hours (by email). Met with HR employee & supervisor of position. Easy to talk to, seemed approachable. Gave good overview without unnecessary/unrelated information. Personable. Didn’t feel like an interrogation or sales pitch. Seems like they’re really trying to find a good fit instead of simply filling a seat. Offered interview even though I didn’t send salary requirements, as the posting requested (I find deciding what the position is “worth” very difficult and awkward, as typically you don’t get a true feel for what the position really entails from postings).
