The assignment is on medical writing with random articles given from pubmed for abstract and to check comprehension. Some articles with deliberate mistakes are also given for correction. The HR is more interested in your previous salary.

I approached through LinkedIn, the Hr. asked me to share the CV over mail. Which I did, After which I did constant follow-ups but no response. After repeatedly calling her for a month she initiated the recruitment process. The recruitment process had an assignment followed by an interview. The assignment had 5 questions along with 2 sections of grammar and story writing, one data interpretation, and one abstract writing. All in 3 hours. They will ask for access of the system through team viewer.

Interview went on smoothly and was basically about the aspirations of the applicant. Simple questions were asked during the phone call interview process. They have answered all my queries regarding the job.
