Started with a phone interview, didn't hear anything for weeks and then was asked to come in for an in-person interview. The interview was with three people all separately. I wanted to walk out two minutes into meeting the second person. They were so unprofessional, checking and ever replying to emails and even leaving the room right in the middle of the interview. If someone can't give me 20 minutes of their time why would I want to give them 40 hours a week? I got an automated email about 8 weeks later stating that I didn't get them job
