It was smooth and very straightforward, I liked the person that interviewed me. She was sweet and direct, she made the process easy and smooth. The technological process was easy.

Very complex onboarding process that culminates with a video showing the data reporting requirements. The issue is tutors have to enter substantial amounts of data about student interactions into an online system. However tutors are not given time to perform this task nor are they provided equipment to do it. The interviewer was careful never to say the word "uncompensated" but they expect tutors to do this substantial data entry task without being paid for their time and using their own equipment.
