Submit online CV and sample questions in writing in described area of expertise. Took a while for them to respond but probably bc it was mid-semester. I never spoke to anyone directly but the online application was pretty in-depth.

The application was fairly easy to fill out online and the information you provided was turned into your profile page. This can later be edited and there wasn't much more to the process.
