Submitted a series of documents consisting of a cover letter, answers to the required questions, my availabilities, resume and transcripts, about two weeks later had a phone interview with one of their hiring managers (very nice & pleasant gentleman), a week later an in-person interview with two members of their staff, and was informed of my acceptance a few days later.

Ask general questions regarding experience and what areas you feel comfortable tutoring. They will ask you to prepare a short lesson ahead of time to present to the interviewer as if you were doing a tutoring session.
