Met with the President of the company, we had a brief meeting maybe 10 minutes. Was asked several questions about what I was looking for as well as discussed my job experiences and education. Learned some basics of the job position. Was later invited for a second round interview with one of the trainers. This one was longer, learned a lot more about the company culture as well as the day to day and growth opportunities (was great to learn from someone doing it!). Then had a final interview with Management.

Simple 3 step process, got to meet with management first and then got to sit down and talk with a trainer in the company and day to day stuff, wrapped everything up with a meeting with the company president.
