All technical problems were of reasonable difficulty, and interviewers took a collaborative approach to presenting them. Full interview process: Hackerrank Challenge (100 mins) - LC medium Recruiter call (30 mins) - standard behavioural questions - looking for culture fit and "twilio magic" values in answers Technical Screen (60 mins) - 50/50 between coding and discussion - easy problem that grows in complexity, interviewer wants to see how you adapt to growing requirements "Final Round" gauntlet (3 * 60 mins) - System design interview with HM; I was challenged to design a system to manage elevators - REST/Backend interview; you're given an API to fetch from and process data - Frontend/React interview; built a functional interface from boilerplate

Interviews were smooth and I have no complains with the process. Recruiter was very responsive to my questions and the team I met was very nice and professional. Scheduling was fast and adapted to my time availability.

Great Interview experience. I really liked the fact that the interview was highly behavioral because that makes the interviewers deep-dive into how the candidate would be like to work with. I also liked the fact that there was little emphasis on programming/problem solving in interviews because that makes it a very stressful ambiance for the candidate, which is often driven by luck. Overall it was an amazing experience.
