Overall interview experience was very positive. I applied via the Greenhouse (where the role has been advertised) and was contacted by recruiter same day. We had a follow-up call the same week and a discussion with the manager, and later on that was followed by an interview loop (5 individual x 45 min discussions with different company leaders and experts). Interview process was very well planned and all the interviewers knew exactly the position I was interviewed for which was a pleasant surprise as it helped me to understand the role and XFN arena for the future position better. Every interviewer made sure I have 5-10 min time for questions for every round and I could see they were genuinely interested in the conversations we had. There were no indifferent or formal interviewers in the loop which set the interview for success as well.
