The interview process was drawn out over almost 7 weeks. It was the typical cadence with recruiter screen, hiring manager and then a panel of 4 people from across the org. The interviewers all had 'required questions' that they explicitly told me they needed to ask me. One interviewer spent 15 minutes sharing her life story and asked for mine. Almost none allowed enough time for me to ask questions. The panel round of interviews was rescheduled multiple times by Twilio due to vacation time. The recruiter did not keep me up to date or offer any feedback throughout, and at the close of my final interview when we met face to face she said she was 'glad to finally close out this req.' I was told a date when I would hear back on their final decision and I've since been ghosted.
