      Candidatura

Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 3 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Twilio (Boston, MA) nel mese di ago 2021

      Colloquio

I guess on the one hand, I should be really happy I did NOT have to go through all of the mental gymnastics with this company that the MAJORITY of other interviewees did. I just got an email from Grady on their recruiting team saying I did not get the job. Interesting. I had a phone call with him WEEKS ago as my screener and he said I would next talk to someone named Eric. That NEVER happened. The next communication I get from him is an email saying the position has been filled. 75% of the reviews here are no offer reviews. Either Twilio has AWESOME standards that WE mortals are not meeting or they need to re-evaluate their recruiting processes and who is DOING the recruiting. It was an easy enough interview and not what I would call challenging. I've been lied to by enough recruiting team members that even though the interview on the surface seems great, the salary is great (twas $200k+) and they saaaaaaaaay you're moving to the next stage, until you sign an offer letter, believe NOTHING. Oh well, on to the next one. He gave a really lengthy Dear John letter to me, with all kinds of links and info about them in it, that has everything but an unsubscribe button on it, because no, I do NOT want to be your second choice or take ANY other roles with you. It's not me, it's YOU. Pass.
